Paperwork in our field is TOUGH. 

We barely get training (if any) on how to write an IEP or complete the MOUNDS of paperwork that is required in the schools. 

As a former CF supervisor, I know how challenging it can be for new grads (or those switching to the school setting) to stay on top of paperwork with so many other things to juggle as well.
