9 Speech Therapy Christmas Door Decorations Ideas
1. Olaf – “Do You Want to Build Some Speech Sounds?”
How cute is this?? I love the words, and if you wanted to add random speech sounds (like in IPA) to the snowflakes, then I think it would only make it better! Great job Miss Rogers!
2. Jingle All the Way to Speech
Ok Santa looks a little complex here, but even if you just use a simple Santa image I think it would work well! Unless it’s more effort than you are willing to spend on your Christmas door decorations!
3. Our Speech Skills Are Shining Brightly
Isn’t this one so cute?? I love the glitter on the lights to make them real shine! This doesn’t look too difficult either!
4. Warming Up With Good Speech and Language
Ok important disclaimer here – I do not agree with the eye contact mug (promotes ableism, not affirming neurodiversity – no eye contact goals people!) nor the smooth speech mug (smooth speech isn’t the goal for my students, feeling like they’re in control is!) But otherwise the concept is creative!
5. Speech is Snow Much Fun
I think this is just precious! I love the play on words and how cute the snowman is looking up! Easy peasy too!
6. Talking in a Winter Wonderland
I think it’s precious that they have all the therapists/staff on the ski slope! I would advise anyone wanting to copy this not to put patients pictures up for HIPAA, but therapists are perfect! It’s such a fun idea!
7. Tree- mendously Good Speech
I love this little play on words! And the tree/presents are just adorable! What a tremendously creative idea!
8. Our Speech is Cool
I feel like this look is so classic! Buy some cut-outs (snowman, squirrels, owl, etc.) and the rest is simple enough! Plus it’s a great way to remind your clients that cool is a multiple meaning word!
9. I Just Like Speech – Speech Is My Favorite!
Elf is a Christmas classic! And this quote is a perfect addition for your speech therapy Christmas door decorations!
